We’re Pamlico Properties, a family-owned and operated business serving Eastern North Carolina for over 30 years. Based in Washington, NC, we specialize solely in property management primarily in Beaufort County. We’re Washington, NC’s and Beaufort County, NC’s largest property management company. We manage a wide range of properties, from homes and apartment complexes to commercial buildings, storage units, and everything in between.
We put our owners and tenants first by building strong, lasting relationships and providing attentive, reliable service.
